How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Violet → Cancel. On the web: email billing@violetai.app and we’ll handle it. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

iOS purchases are refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Email privacy@violetai.app from the address on your account and we’ll delete everything within 30 days. You’ll get a confirmation when it’s done.

My coach is saying something wrong or unsafe.

Please report it. Long-press the message in the app to flag it, or email safety@violetai.app with a screenshot. We investigate every report.

Does Violet replace a real coach or doctor?

No. Violet is an AI coaching tool, not a licensed professional. For medical advice, injury rehab, or anything beyond general fitness and nutrition, please consult a qualified professional.

Why does my coach sometimes forget things?

The memory system summarizes older conversations rather than keeping every message verbatim. If something important is missing, tell your coach directly — anything you confirm gets stored as a durable memory.
